Canon 35mm f1.4 lens review - DSLR FILM NOOB

Canon 35mm f1.4 lens review - DSLR FILM NOOB Video Clips. Duration : 2.58 Mins.

www.dslrfilmnoob.com People always ask me to tell them what my number one most used lens is. Well with out a doubt the canon 35mm f1.4 is probably the most used lens in my collection on a crop sensor camera. The Canon 35mm f1.4 is ruffly a 55mm on a crop sensor camera making it an ideal focal length for filming. There are a few lenses in this focal length including the Canon 28mm f1.8, the Sigma 30mm f1.4, and the sigma 28 f1.8 but none of them preform quit as well as the Canon 35mm f1.4. Is the canon 35mm f1.4 worth it? If you have the money then yes, but at a price tag of almost 00 you could buy 3 mid range primes and still have a little bit of money left over. It might be better to have 3 good prime lenses then a single great lens. The Canon 35mm does preform better then any of the other lenses in this focal range, and chances are if your considering it you've probably already made the choice. If you have then you can always pick one up here: www.amazon.com Side note, I got a little lazy with this video and a few shots are blown out, but I didn't have time to go back and re shoot, sorry. Equipment used in this video: Canon t2i & 7d Canon 50mm f1.2 Canon 35mm f1.4 Konova slider Sennheiser G2 wireless mic
